First Aid & CPR
Learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid for adults. Be prepared in case you ever come across an accident, for example when you are out climbing. The course takes about 4-6 hours, depending on whether there are special requests for content, and can be held e.g. at your home, in an office, or outdoors if the weather is nice.

Practical information
- Prerequisites: None at all.
- Maximum number of participants: Up to 6.
- Age limit: 14 years.
- What you need: A place where we can do the course.
- Price: 600 SEK per person, or 1500 SEK if there are less than 3 participants.
